If placed before 3PM AEST on a working day (Excluding Victorian Public Holidays), your order will be dispatched today. Otherwise your order will be dispatched on the next working day (Excluding Victorian Public Holidays).

If you live in an Australian Metro Area, you will typically receive your order in 1 working day after dispatch, but please allow up to 2 working days after dispatch. If you live outside of a Metro Area, or in Regional Australia, please allow 2-3 working days after dispatch.

Faults are covered by 95masks for 90 days after purchase.  If your purchase contains faulty items, please notify 95masks using the contact form on this site. The items will need to be returned to us using a return label we will create and you will have to lodge them at an Australia Post Postal Office. Once we receive the items, provided the items are in unsued condition and our inspection verifies the fault, 95masks will replace them with items of the same or like kind.

Our masks are covered by a limited quality guarantee. If you have used less than 10% of the masks in a pack purchased from us and discover a fault with one of the masks, we will replace the entire pack with the same or like-kind. This offer is subject to the same terms and conditions in the above section under ‘FAULTS & RETURNS’.

A refund is only available under the following circumstances:

• The goods are returned in full and in unused condition
• On inspection by 95 Masks Pty Ltd, the goods are deemed to be faulty, not fit for purpose, or not of like kind to those ordered
• A refund is requested within 7 days of receipt of the goods using our contact form

In such case as the above terms are met, the customer can opt to receive a refund or to have the goods replaced free of charge. The customer shall pay return shipping for the purpose of inspection and return of the goods which, upon approval of the refund request, will be reimbursed by 95 Masks Pty Ltd.

In all cases, the refund is at the sole discretion of 95 Masks Pty Ltd.
