Many masks available at moment being sold as “N95, P2, KN95 of FFP2” (even by major discount chemists and large retailers) are in fact not to standard, which requires leakage of < 8% of airflow. The masks of the type pictured to the right are counterfeit and should not be purchased. You can identify them by their coffee filter like appearance, unsafe perforations on the mask, unpadded and flimsy nose bar, lack of sealing edge and lack of sealing foam.
